All Sale items are FINAL SALE. “Final Sale” items cannot be exchanged, returned or price-adjusted due to limited quantities. For domestic shipments, you will be contacted by e-mail with a FedEx tracking number when your order leaves our distribution center.
Please note that items are not guaranteed in stock. If we are unable to complete your order, you will be notified via email within 3 business days.

We cannot ship to Post Office Boxes or freight forwarders.
Deliveries require a signature unless requested otherwise.
As a precaution and courtesy to our customers, we can only fulfill orders with matching Billing and Shipping information; you may only ship to your billing address.
KS reserves the right to decline an order if invalid billing and/or shipping information is given.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return the item in its original condition within ten (10) days for a full refund, less shipping costs. To receive a refund based on purchase price of the item(s) and in the original form of payment you must observe the following:
1. All merchandise must be returned within ten (10) days of the original purchase date.
2. The merchandise must be in new/unused condition with ALL tickets/tags attached.
3. All returns must have a Return Number, which can be generated on as set out below.

To create a return, log onto your account. If you checked out as a guest, you may access your order details using your order number and email. Access your Order History and click “CREATE A RETURN.” Select the item(s) you wish to return and your return reason, and a Return Number will be generated for you. Please document your name and Return Number on the packing slip and include it with your merchandise.
