Ordering:
We accept MasterCard , Visa, Discover and American Express. We authorize credit cards when we receive orders but do not charge cards until we ship to you. California residents are charged 8.25% sales tax. If billing and shipping addresses differ, we may ask to contact your credit card company. Free gift-wrapping upon request.
Shipping:
Orders placed by noon usually ship the same day. Signature may be required. Domestic shipping is $10.00 per order for ground.
Exchanges and returns:
Clothing may be exchanged for alternative sizes or another item within 14 days of the initial shipping date. No refunds. Please note that many of our items may differ slightly because of the hand made element of our pieces. Dyes, and embellishments may vary slightly. To return an item, email or enclose a note with your name, address and reason for return and send the item insured to Katharine Story, 226 Ocean Avenue, Laguna Beach, Ca 92651. Please allow 5 business days for processing of returns.
