American Express. We authorize credit cards when we receive orders but
do not charge cards until we ship to you. California residents are
charged 8.25% sales tax. If billing and shipping addresses differ, we
may ask to contact your credit card company. Free gift-wrapping upon
request.
Shipping:
Orders usually ship within 24-48 business hours from the date they were placed. We offer FREE ground shipping on all orders. Signature may be required. We currently ship ship within the Continental United States, for all other locations including international shipping contact us directly at 1.949.497.7097.
Exchanges and returns:
Clothing may be returned within 7 days from receipt with a 15% restocking fee deducted from the refund price or you may exchange for alternative sizes or another item within 7 days with no restocking fee. All jewelry and accessories are final sale. No refunds or exchanges on jewelry and accessories. All sale and clearance items are final sale. No refunds or exchanges on sale and clearance items. No exceptions. Please note that many of our items may differ slightly because of the hand made element of our pieces. Dyes and embellishments may vary slightly and these characteristics of the fabric are considered an enhancement to the item and are in no way to be considered defective. To return an item, email or enclose a note with your name, address and reason for return and send the item insured to Katharine Story, 191 Ruby St., Laguna Beach, CA 92651. Please allow 5 business days for processing of returns.
